UPON reviewing the Judgment of the Tribunal handed down on 27 January 2015, issued on 17 February 2015

AND UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Bill of Costs dated 29 March 2015, the Claimant’s Points of Dispute dated 19 April and the Defendant’s Reply to the Points of Dispute dated 25 May 2015

AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and counsel for the Defendant at the detailed assessment hearing on 26 May 2015

AND UPON reviewing the calculation of costs made pursuant to the outcome of the detailed assessment hearing, mutually agreed by the parties

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant shall pay to the Defendant the amount of AED 822,586.12 towards the costs incurred from the inception of the proceedings until 23 March 2015 within five days from the date of this Order.

2. The Claimant shall pay to the Defendant the amount of AED 173,188 towards the costs incurred from 24 March 2015 to 26 May 2015 and the costs towards the fees of the detailed assessment hearing within five days form the date of this Order.
